Monique Stemper, Founder & President
Monique founded Stemper & Associates, Inc. to merge her systems and finance background with a personal passion for interior design. It’s been a winning combination for over 16 years. With an eye for detail, an expertise in accounting and a commitment to excellent service, she specializes in providing unparalleled financial and business consulting services to designers who are serious about building a financially profitable design business. A devoted wife and mother of two daughters, Monique spends what little free time she has reading and traveling.

Stasia Willock, Client Services Director
Stasia began her career in fashion merchandising, before earning a M.S. in Computer Information Technology to become a systems analyst. She joined Stemper & Associates in 2011 to combine and apply her purchasing, computer and organizational backgrounds. She particularly enjoys helping her clients truly understand the financials of their business, identifying efficiencies to increase profitability and cultivating vendor relationships. When she is not at the computer or chauffeuring her children, Stasia enjoys the great outdoors of Colorado, cooking (with wine!), photography and travel.
Karen Crawford, Business Operations Manager
Karen is a New Orleans native and Colorado transplant. While her Accounting degree has set the foundation for her career path, she worked in financial services with Standard & Poor’s Compustat (now S&P Global), software at JD Edwards, and entertainment with Starz Entertainment. These prior roles’ responsibilities involved software/process documentation, technical training, affiliate marketing and, of course, accounting. Throughout these opportunities, she especially enjoyed staff development and providing excellent customer care. She is hyper organized, likes to experiment designing her own home and loves every minute with her family.
